He realized that the technology landscape in South Africa is rapidly changing and the lack of skilled technical resources is the biggest pain point for Enterprises and Technology partners.
Thus, he started LERU TECH, a company focused on quickly empowering professionals & corporates on Cloud & related advanced technologies through training & consulting services.
He is passionate about technology and keeps the company up to date on latest Cloud technologies & market trends. He foresees that the demand for IT skills is increasing – yet existing training options aren’t effectively serving the purpose.
The majority of youth in South Africa are informally employed due to lack of access to education and technical skills training. He sees this as on opportunity to provide underserved and economically marginalized youth populations with training and jobs in next generation technologies such as cloud computing, BI, AI, IoT, Machine Learning etc.
